從1997年我來(lái)到廣州到今天快27年了，我從未去中山大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院看過(guò)病。中山一院這種醫(yī)院肯定是店大欺客，他們的醫(yī)生天天被各種各樣的人吹著捧著，區(qū)區(qū)一個(gè)普通醫(yī)生都會(huì)認(rèn)為自已天下無(wú)敵，這就是人性。其實(shí)中山一院的醫(yī)療水平與佛山江門東莞醫(yī)生的水平?jīng)]有什么差別，但中國(guó)病人只認(rèn)廟不認(rèn)和尚。像中山一院這種體量的醫(yī)院人滿為患，他不可能用心為你看病。其實(shí)看病主要還是要找到一個(gè)好醫(yī)生，醫(yī)生心地善良人品尊貴才能真正為病人考慮，他們才能真正為病人看好病。看病主要是醫(yī)生要用心。中山一院這種超大型醫(yī)院只是個(gè)大平臺(tái)，這個(gè)平臺(tái)跟醫(yī)生沒什么關(guān)系。不是在中山一院工作的醫(yī)生都特牛。越是重大重要的疾病越不能去這種超大型醫(yī)院，好醫(yī)生都在中層醫(yī)院。有一年我頸椎病發(fā)作了。疼痛難耐，頭都好像不在我的頭上了。我去江門市中心醫(yī)院出差，院長(zhǎng)馬上安排了一個(gè)康復(fù)科醫(yī)生為我做了推拿，當(dāng)天就解決了疼痛，到如今10年過(guò)去了，一次都沒發(fā)作。中國(guó)很多二三線城市有許多相當(dāng)厲害的醫(yī)生，他們只是缺少像中山一院這種大平臺(tái)，其實(shí)他們什么都不差。中國(guó)肺移植第一人陳靜瑜醫(yī)生就是在無(wú)錫市第一人民醫(yī)院工作，他所在的中心是世界六大肺移植中心之一，也是全中國(guó)最大的肺移植中心。這種高精尖手術(shù)真不是北京上海這種城市最先開展的。醫(yī)生好，再難的疾病他都會(huì)想辦法為你解決，醫(yī)生不好，再大的醫(yī)院又能怎樣？桃李不言,下自成蹊。

In fact, medical skills of the doctors of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University is much the same as that of the doctors of other hospitals in Foshan, Jiangmen, and Dongguan. But Chinese patients choose hospitals by their reputation, but not by the skills of doctors. Large hospitals like the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University are crowded with patients, so it is impossible that doctors can see every patient attentively. Patients should look for a good doctor who is kind and noble, and cares for the patients from the heart so as to cure them effectively. Good doctors who can treat patients attentively are the core. Large hospitals serve only as a big platform and doctors' skills has nothing to do with hospitals. Not every doctor working in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University is greatly skillful. When patients have critical diseases, they should not visit this kind of large hospitals, but the middle-tier ones that good doctors are working in. Once I had a cervical spondylosis and I felt so painful that I could not even feel my head. Back then, I had a business trip at Jiangmen Central Hospital. The president asked a doctor from rehabilitation department to do a chiropractic therapy on me. Then the pain was gone right away and never came back during the past ten years. There are a lot of excellent doctors in second- or third-tier cities in China. The only thing they need is a big platform like the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. Doctor CHEN Jingyu, the first doctor in China to perform a lung transplantation, is working at the Lung Transplantation Center of First Affiliated Hospital of Wuxi. It is one of the six largest lung transplantation centers in the world, and the largest one in China. A sophisticated surgery is not first performed in large cities like Beijing or Shanghai. A good doctor will try to treat your diseases no matter how difficult it is, but when you meet an incapable doctor, it will not help no matter how large the hospital is. True talents always shine through.
