1月18日，漫天大雪空降整個(gè)城市，我們雪夜奔赴慕尼黑骨外科醫(yī)院（OCM）會(huì)見德國天才級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)專家、慕尼黑骨外科醫(yī)院合伙人Herbort教授。他曾經(jīng)深夜24:00還在醫(yī)院開會(huì)，他也曾經(jīng)半夜還在醫(yī)院手術(shù)。Herbort教授專程從外面趕回OCM與我們見面。2022年9月Herbort教授的首位中國臨床MD博士生飛赴慕尼黑，他就是來自貴陽市骨科醫(yī)院的劉文科醫(yī)生。劉醫(yī)生在明斯特大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院生物力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室開展了一年的博士研究項(xiàng)目后，于2023年9月前往慕尼黑骨外科醫(yī)院跟隨他的導(dǎo)師Herbort教授進(jìn)行臨床見習(xí)，劉醫(yī)生每周幾乎都有機(jī)會(huì)給頂級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員開展手術(shù)等運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷后的治療、并且參與Herbort教授團(tuán)隊(duì)的臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目。Herbort教授今年9月將會(huì)再迎接另一名來自山西的臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士生到明斯特大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院、慕尼黑骨外科醫(yī)院、奧地利因斯布魯克運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行科研和臨床兩年的學(xué)習(xí)，Herbort教授將全力幫助他申請國家留學(xué)基金CSC申請材料。Herbort教授介紹道，慕尼黑骨外科醫(yī)院僅有10位著名專家作為醫(yī)院合伙人和學(xué)科帶頭人，但他們主刀的年手術(shù)量達(dá)到14000臺(tái)。其中運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)年手術(shù)5000臺(tái)，我們四人團(tuán)隊(duì)下午五點(diǎn)走進(jìn)OCM門診都還能看到門診病人如織，在候診室等待著專家的問診。OCM導(dǎo)診臺(tái)旁邊的兩面墻掛滿FOCUS雜志給十位合伙人頒發(fā)的頂級(jí)專家認(rèn)證，頗為壯觀。在每一位合伙人的辦公室里，我們見到琳瑯滿目的奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)員和頂級(jí)足球明星親筆簽名的感謝合照和簽名球衣。2023年OCM運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)專家團(tuán)隊(duì)為211位歐洲頂級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員提供專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)治療，其中Herbort教授親自主刀了170臺(tái)手術(shù)之多。Herbort教授將會(huì)在今年6月的前往中國廣東省中醫(yī)院運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)科進(jìn)行一周國際客座教授的工作。他40歲成為明斯特大學(xué)教授，他是天才級(jí)的運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)頂級(jí)專家，他是未來歐洲運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)的關(guān)鍵學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)袖，他將會(huì)為有巨大潛力的中國運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科發(fā)展注入全新理念，我們會(huì)讓每一位中國運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)醫(yī)生記住他的名字，他也會(huì)為中國三甲醫(yī)院帶來高水平、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)診療標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

On January 18th, heavy snow fell across the city. We headed to the OCM Clinic Munich on a snowy night to meet with Prof. Herbort, a genius German Sports Medicine expert and partner of OCMClinic. He once had meetings in the hospital at 00:00 at the late night, and he also operated surgeries in the hospital in the middle of the night. To meet with us, Prof. Herbort made a special trip back to OCMClinic. In September 2022, Prof. Herbort’s first Chinese MD doctoral student, Doctor LIU Wenke from Guiyang Orthopedics Hospital, flew to Munich. After Doctor Liu conducted a one-year doctoral research project in the Biomechanics Laboratory of the Münster University Hospital, he went to OCM Clinic in September 2023 to follow his supervisor Prof. Herbort for a clinical internship. Almost every week, Doctor Liu has the chance to provide top athletes with surgeries and other treatments for sports-related injuries and participates in the clinical projects of Prof. Herbort’s team. In September this year, Prof. Herbort will receive another MD doctoral student from Shanxi who will study at the Münster University Hospital, the OCM Clinic, and the Department of Sport Science of the University of Innsbruck in Austria for two years for scientific research and clinical activities. Prof. Herbort will fully support him in preparing the materials for applying the CSC Scholarship. Prof. Herbort introduced that OCM Clinic only has 10 renowned experts as hospital partners and academic leaders, but the surgeries they perform can add up to 14,000 annually, including 5,000 Sports Medicine surgeries per year. When our team of four walked into the OCM Clinic at 5 p.m., we could still see a large number of outpatients sitting in the waiting room for expert consultation. The two walls next to the OCM Clinic consultation desk are covered with Top Expert Certifications issued by FOCUS to the ten partners, which is quite spectacular. In each partner's office, we saw a dazzling array of thank-you photos and jerseys signed by Olympic athletes and top football stars. In 2023, the Sports Medicine expert team of OCM Clinic provided professional treatment to 211 top European athletes, of which Prof. Herbort personally performed 170 surgeries. Prof. Herbort will visit the Sports Medicine Department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine in China for a week in June this year as an international visiting professor. He became a professor of the University of Münster at the age of 40. He is a genius top expert in Sports Medicine, and a key academic leader in European Sports Medicine in the future. He will introduce new concepts of development to the speciality of Sports Medicine in China which has a huge potential to develop. We will make his name known to every Chinese Sports Medicine doctor since he will bring high-level, standardized diagnosis and treatment concepts of Sports Medicine to Grade Three Class A hospitals in China.
