1月30日早上10點(diǎn)，仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療四人團(tuán)隊(duì)準(zhǔn)時(shí)來(lái)到哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心神經(jīng)外科主任、德國(guó)神經(jīng)外科學(xué)會(huì)主席Rohde教授的會(huì)議室與他會(huì)面。哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心神經(jīng)外科是德國(guó)最大神經(jīng)外科之一，每年門(mén)診病人約5000例，手術(shù)約3000臺(tái)。神經(jīng)外科是德國(guó)神經(jīng)外科學(xué)會(huì)在血管疾病尤其是腦出血領(lǐng)域的認(rèn)證中心，其與骨科共建的脊柱中心被德國(guó)脊柱學(xué)會(huì)認(rèn)證為一級(jí)脊柱中心。2024年，Rohde教授接收了三位分別來(lái)自遵義醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院、右江民族醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院、山東第一醫(yī)科大學(xué)的醫(yī)生作為他的臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士生，并將全力支持他們國(guó)家留學(xué)基金委員會(huì)CSC獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金及其他基金的申請(qǐng)。這是Rohde教授接收的第一位中國(guó)訪(fǎng)問(wèn)學(xué)者。Rohde教授將在2025年到訪(fǎng)中國(guó)三甲醫(yī)院進(jìn)行國(guó)際客座教授交流活動(dòng)并擔(dān)任2025中歐醫(yī)院管理學(xué)科建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)全球論壇的大會(huì)歐洲區(qū)主席。每一個(gè)醫(yī)生都應(yīng)該成為這份偉大事業(yè)的一份子，如果你有這份雄心，中國(guó)醫(yī)療才會(huì)變得更好，老百姓把命交給你們才會(huì)更有保障。向大師學(xué)習(xí)你才能從一個(gè)普通醫(yī)生變?yōu)閮?yōu)秀醫(yī)生未來(lái)甚至?xí)蔀轫敿?jí)醫(yī)生。

On the morning of January 30th, the team of four from Gloryren arrived on time to meet with Prof. Rohde, Director of Neurosurgery at University Medical Center of G?ttingen (UMG) and President of the German Society of Neurosurgery (DGNC). The Department of Neurosurgery at UMG is one of the largest neurosurgical clinics in Germany, with approximately 5,000 outpatient cases and 3,000 surgeries per year. The Dept. of Neurosurgery led by Prof. Rohde is accredited by the DGNC in the field of vascular diseases, especially cerebral hemorrhage, and its jointly-built Spine Center with the Dept. of Trauma Surgery, Orthopedics and Plastic Surgery has also been certified as Maximum Care Spine Center by the German Spine Society (DWG). In 2024, Prof. Rohde accepted three MD students respectively from the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University, the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities, and Shandong First Medical University and will fully support their applications for CSC scholarships as well as other funds. On February 22nd, Dr. Zhang from the Dept. of Neurosurgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University, flew from Fuzhou to Frankfurt for a three-month visit under the guidance of Prof. Rohde. This is Prof. Rohde’s first Chinese visiting fellow. Prof. Rohde will visit a Grade Three Class A hospital in China as an international visiting professor in 2025, and will serve as the President of the European Region in the Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction and Talent Cultivation 2025. Every doctor should be a part of this great endeavor.
