中國(guó)絕大多數(shù)的病人都是窮人，中國(guó)沒(méi)有幾個(gè)病人可以隨心所欲去北上廣深超大型醫(yī)院接受名醫(yī)治療。大多數(shù)的病人他們只能在他們所在城市的基層醫(yī)院接受治療。所以中國(guó)醫(yī)療的核心必須要重點(diǎn)發(fā)展基層醫(yī)療。我們現(xiàn)在每年用心培養(yǎng)50個(gè)德國(guó)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士，10年我們就能培養(yǎng)500個(gè)德國(guó)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)博士。20年我們就可以培養(yǎng)1000個(gè)德國(guó)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)博士。他們僅僅花了2年的時(shí)間與這個(gè)世界上最著名的關(guān)鍵學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)袖一同學(xué)習(xí)科研和臨床。他們就可以拿到進(jìn)入頂級(jí)學(xué)術(shù)圈的入場(chǎng)券。關(guān)鍵他們最終可以讓自己成為人品尊貴內(nèi)心高雅的醫(yī)生。未來(lái)中國(guó)醫(yī)院有了他們，這1000個(gè)德國(guó)著名大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院培養(yǎng)出來(lái)的優(yōu)秀醫(yī)生，他們未來(lái)病人的生命才可得到保障。今年上半年全中國(guó)上百個(gè)城市有1800多名醫(yī)生聯(lián)系了我們。這就是我們?yōu)橹袊?guó)醫(yī)院打造的優(yōu)秀醫(yī)生的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。未來(lái)我們培養(yǎng)的醫(yī)生有的可以成為院士，成為院長(zhǎng)，成為學(xué)科帶頭人，成為關(guān)鍵學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)袖。仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作就是與這個(gè)世界上最優(yōu)秀的人去做有價(jià)值且有挑戰(zhàn)性的事情。這份工作不是機(jī)會(huì)導(dǎo)向，也不是商業(yè)導(dǎo)向。因?yàn)槿瞬挪拍艹删鸵患覀ゴ蟮尼t(yī)院，醫(yī)生才是一個(gè)國(guó)家的良知。我們希望因?yàn)槲覀児餐墓ぷ骺梢宰屩袊?guó)醫(yī)療的未來(lái)變得更好。

Most of the Chinese patients are not wealthy, and only few of them can afford treatment from famous doctors of mega hospitals in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Most of the patients can only receive treatment at local primary hospitals.Therefore, focusing on developing primary healthcare is the core of Chinese healthcare. If we attentively cultivate 50 doctors to obtain German MD degree per year, we will have 500 doctors with German MD degree in a decade.In two decades we will have 1,000 doctors with German MD degree.Only by spending 2 years doing research and clinical practice with the world's most famous key academic leaders, these doctors can get their tickets to the top academic communities.The key is they can eventually make themselves into noble doctors with internal honor.In the future, with these 1,000 excellent doctors trained in prestigious German university hospitals, Chinese hospitals could have the health of their patients safeguarded.During the first half of this year, over 1,800 doctors from hundreds of cities in China contacted us. This is the ecosystem of excellent doctors that we have created for Chinese hospitals.
