11月15日慕尼黑大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院胸外科主任、美國(guó)外科學(xué)院院士Hatz教授將與蘇北人民醫(yī)院胸外科陸世春主任、于兆晴醫(yī)生一起從慕尼黑飛往重慶，并一起參加第四屆中歐醫(yī)院管理學(xué)科建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)全球論壇。Hatz教授將與本次大會(huì)中國(guó)區(qū)主席、蘇北人民醫(yī)院黨委書記束余聲在醫(yī)院管理環(huán)節(jié)共同討論中歐醫(yī)療重要議題。11月18日起，Hatz教授將在蘇北人民醫(yī)院胸外科開展為期一周的客座教授活動(dòng)，并在11月21日至11月22日參加由蘇北人民醫(yī)院主辦的“胸心外科精準(zhǔn)微創(chuàng)技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)班暨中德胸心外科學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)”，Hatz教授將會(huì)在大會(huì)上分享他多年來(lái)管理慕尼黑大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院胸外科及肺癌中心關(guān)于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化診療流程、臨床科研、人才培養(yǎng)的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)并手術(shù)示教。該中心于2008年建立了生物樣本庫(kù)，收集和儲(chǔ)存了來(lái)自超過(guò)6700位患者的生物樣本，旨在進(jìn)一步研究和開發(fā)治療肺部疾病的新方法。為提升年輕醫(yī)生科研思維與能力及推動(dòng)肺癌診療發(fā)展，該生物樣本庫(kù)聯(lián)合德國(guó)肺病研究中心（DZL）及德國(guó)綜合呼吸醫(yī)學(xué)中心慕尼黑分中心（CPC-M）開展了多項(xiàng)臨床研究。Hatz教授在2023年招收了來(lái)自廣州醫(yī)科大學(xué)的于兆晴醫(yī)生作為他的第一位中國(guó)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士生，于醫(yī)生已于2024年7月抵達(dá)慕尼黑并正式開始她的博士學(xué)習(xí)生涯。Hatz教授2024年又接收來(lái)自洛陽(yáng)的孫醫(yī)生、來(lái)自成都的柯醫(yī)生為他的臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士生，希望他們可以利用生物樣本庫(kù)的寶貴資源，積極參加各科研項(xiàng)目，推動(dòng)全球肺癌診療方案的發(fā)展。

On November 15th, Prof. Hatz, Director of Thoracic Surgery of University Hospital of Munich and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, will fly from Munich to Chongqing together with Dr. LU Shichun, Director of Thoracic Surgery of Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital, and Doctor YU Zhaoqing. They will attend the 4th Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management,Specialty construction & Talent cultivation together.Prof. Hatz will discuss important issues of healthcare in China and Europe in the session of Hospital Management with SHU Yusheng, a member of Local Presidium of the Forum and Secretary of Party Committee of Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital.From November 18th, Prof. Hatz will have a one-week visiting professorship activities at the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital, and he will attend the Sino-German Seminar on Thoracic Surgery hosted by Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital from November 21st to November 22nd.With his years of experience, Prof. Hatz will share his insights in managing the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Munich and the Lung Cancer Center of University Hospital of Munich about standardized diagnosis and treatment procedure, clinical research, talent cultivation and perform live surgical demonstration.The center has established a biobank in 2008, which collects and stores biospecimens from more than 6,700 patients, with the aim of further research and development of  new treatments for lung diseases.  To improve scientific thinking and competence of young doctors and promote the development of lung cancer treatment, the biobank conducts many clinical researches in collaboration with The German Center for Lung Research (DZL) and The Comprehensive Pneumology Center Munich (CPC-M).In 2023, Prof. Hatz received Doctor YU Zhaoqing from Guangzhou Medical University as his first Chinese MD doctoral student and Doctor Yu arrived in Munich in July 2024 to start her MD studies.Prof. Hatz has received Doctor Sun from Luoyang and Doctor Ke from Chengdu as his MD doctoral students in 2024, hoping that they can utilize the valuable resource of biobank and actively participate in scientific research projects to promote the development of lung cancer treatment on a global scale.
