德語(yǔ)區(qū)國(guó)家運(yùn)動(dòng)骨科與創(chuàng)傷外科學(xué)會(huì)2025年候任主席、2024年巴黎奧運(yùn)會(huì)德國(guó)隊(duì)首席醫(yī)療官助理兼骨科與運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)科首席隊(duì)醫(yī)、德國(guó)奧斯納布呂克醫(yī)院骨科與運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)科主任Grim教授將于11月11日抵達(dá)深圳市第二人民醫(yī)院，開(kāi)啟為期一周的客座教授項(xiàng)目。Grim教授此次到訪深圳市第二人民醫(yī)院，與陸偉主任所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)科深入開(kāi)展中德運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)交流活動(dòng)，涵蓋專(zhuān)家會(huì)診、查房、病例討論、手術(shù)指導(dǎo)、科室管理培訓(xùn)及大師公開(kāi)課等多種互動(dòng)形式，確保臨床診斷、治療以及學(xué)術(shù)交流的全面覆蓋，進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)作為新興亞專(zhuān)科在臨床和研究領(lǐng)域的進(jìn)步。Grim教授在國(guó)際運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域深耕多年，享有盛譽(yù)，2009年至2024年期間作為德國(guó)國(guó)家隊(duì)常駐隊(duì)醫(yī)或首席醫(yī)療官一同出征夏季奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)、世界運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)、青奧會(huì)，在運(yùn)動(dòng)骨科診療康復(fù)，尤其是在運(yùn)動(dòng)員創(chuàng)傷治療和術(shù)后康復(fù)領(lǐng)域已有20余年的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。其嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)精細(xì)的診療和科室管理模式，將會(huì)給深圳市第二人民醫(yī)院的醫(yī)生團(tuán)隊(duì)帶來(lái)了啟發(fā)。11月16日，Grim教授將飛往重慶，參加第四屆中歐醫(yī)院管理學(xué)科建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)全球論壇。作為此次論壇的重要嘉賓，他將在多個(gè)關(guān)鍵議題上與來(lái)自中歐的醫(yī)院院長(zhǎng)、學(xué)科帶頭人及優(yōu)秀青年醫(yī)生們進(jìn)行深度交流。為應(yīng)對(duì)老齡化社會(huì)挑戰(zhàn)、中德各自創(chuàng)傷網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)、醫(yī)療公平與可及性、新生代醫(yī)生的培訓(xùn)、科室臨床研究重點(diǎn)等科室管理與學(xué)科建設(shè)重要話題貢獻(xiàn)自己的真知灼見(jiàn)。此次活動(dòng)為中德兩國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)的深度合作帶來(lái)了更多機(jī)遇、搭建橋梁，Grim教授的到訪也必將為中歐醫(yī)院管理學(xué)科建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)全球論壇增添更多亮點(diǎn)，為中德科室管理和學(xué)科發(fā)展的深入合作注入新的活力。

The President-Elect, Society for Orthopedic-Traumatological Sports Medicine (GOTS) 2025,Assistant Chief Medical Officer and Head of Orthopedic Sports Medicine for the German Team of Olympic Games 2024 ParisHead of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Osnabrück Hospital, Prof. Grimwill be the guest professor of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shenzhen University for one week starting from Nov. 11th on.Prof. Grim's visit to the First Affiliated Hospital of Shenzhen University would be conducted together with Prof. LU Wei’s Sports Orthopedic team and covers a spectrum of academic exchanges on Sports Medicine involving expert consultations, ward rounds, difficult case discussions, surgical guidance, department management training and master open classto ensure an integrated coverage of clinical diagnosis and treatment as well as academic exchanges, and to further boost the clinical and research advancement of Sports Medicine as an emerging sub-specialty in China.Prof. Grim has been joining the international Sports Medicine arena for many years and enjoys a solid reputation. From 2009 to 2024, as the key team physician or chief medical officer of the German national teams, Prof. Grim made it to the Summer Olympics, World Games and Youth Olympics,and has more than 20 years of experience in Sports Orthopedic diagnosis and treatment, especially in the field of trauma treatment and post-op rehab of the athletes.His meticulous diagnosis and treatment and department management mindset will bring inspiration to the Sports Orthopedic team of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shenzhen University.On Nov. 16th, Prof. Grim will fly to Chongqing to participate in the 4th Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation.As a distinguished guest of the forum, he will share his insights with hospital directors, academic leaders and prominent young doctors from China and Europe on a range of key themes.He will contribute his expertise to the challenges of an aging society, the construction of trauma networks in China and Germany, healthcare equality and accessibility, the training of the new generation of doctors, and the clinical research priorities of the department,which are all vital subjects for department management and specialty construction.His guest professor visit would bring more possibilities and bridges for the Sino-German cooperation on Sports Medicine,and Prof. Grim's presence will be a great contribution to the Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation,and would of course, add more sparks to Sino-German cooperation on department building and specialty construction.
