6月12日上午9:00,仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療四人團隊前往慕尼黑大學(xué)醫(yī)院市中心院區(qū)拜訪該院手外科及整形美容外科主任Giunta教授并對他進行《世界上偉大的醫(yī)生》專訪。他曾任德國整形、重建與美容外科學(xué)會主席，現(xiàn)任歐洲整形、重建與美容外科學(xué)會主席。專訪前他與我們進行了閉門會議，討論了他各臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士生的項目進展。2023年初，來自廣州的曾醫(yī)生正式開始了她在慕尼黑大學(xué)的博士學(xué)習(xí)生涯，她現(xiàn)階段正準備發(fā)表第三篇文章，將于2025年如期畢業(yè)。2023年末，來自上海的劉醫(yī)生也在Giunta教授的指導(dǎo)下正式開始攻讀臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士學(xué)位。在Giunta教授的幫助下，她們都成功獲得了國家留學(xué)基金委員會CSC的公派留學(xué)獎學(xué)金。Giunta教授還與我們分享了他跟中國同道們的淵源：他第一次訪問中國是15年前，他還在慕尼黑工業(yè)大學(xué)醫(yī)院工作，代表醫(yī)院出訪華中科技大學(xué)同濟醫(yī)學(xué)院。過去多年間，他一直秉承著加強與中國同道及國際同道聯(lián)系和合作的理念。他曾代表慕尼黑大學(xué)訪問上海并與上海交通大學(xué)簽署合作諒解備忘錄、他曾在2016年帶德國代表團20余位專家訪問青島與中華醫(yī)學(xué)會手外科分會合辦年會、他曾與上海市第九人民醫(yī)院互派訪學(xué)人員...Giunta教授在采訪中與年輕醫(yī)生分享他職業(yè)生涯中的成功與挫折、對國際交流、多學(xué)科合作、年輕醫(yī)生職業(yè)發(fā)展、中歐醫(yī)美行業(yè)亂象的看法等，希望年輕醫(yī)生看了他的采訪后有所啟發(fā)，帶著熱情在手外科、整形外科與美容外科深耕。Giunta教授將于今年11月訪問中國一家大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院任客座教授并參加2024中歐醫(yī)院管理學(xué)科建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)全球論壇，他希望在這次訪問中可以與中國年輕醫(yī)生有更多面對面的深入交流。

At 9 am on June 12th, the team of four from Gloryren headed to the downtown campus of the University Hospital of Munich (LMU) to visit Prof. Giunta, Director of the Department of Hand Surgery, Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Surgery for Gloryren’s interview program “The World’s Great Doctors.” Prof. Giunta is the former President of the German Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (DGPR?C) and President of European Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. Before the interview, we had an internal meeting with him to discuss the progress of his MD students’ projects. In early 2023, Doctor ZENG from Guangzhou officially began her MD studies at LMU. She is currently preparing to publish her third paper and will get her MD degree as planned in 2025. At the end of 2023, Doctor LIU from Shanghai also started pursuing her MD degree in Clinical Medicine under the guidance of Prof. Giunta. With the help of Prof. Giunta, both of them successfully obtained scholarships from China Scholarship Council (CSC) for their overseas studies. Prof. Giunta also shared with us his connection with Chinese colleagues. His first visit to China was 15 years ago, when he visited Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) on behalf of University Hospital rechts der Isar. Over the years, he has committed to strengthening ties and cooperation with Chinese and international colleagues. He visited Shanghai Jiao Tong University on behalf of the University of Munich to sign a memorandum of understanding. He led a delegation of over 20 German experts to Qingdao to co-organize the annual congress of the Chinese Society of Hand Surgery. He also sent and accepted fellows to and from Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital. During the interview, Prof. Giunta shared with young surgeons his success and setbacks in his career, his perspectives on international exchange, multidisciplinary cooperation, career development for young surgeons and the challenges in aesthetic medicine industry in China and Europe. He hopes that the interview will inspire young surgeons to pursue their passions in Hand Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Aesthetic Surgery. Prof. Giunta will visit a university hospital in China as a visiting professor in November this year and attend the Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction and Talent Cultivation 2024. He looks forward to having more in-depth personal exchanges with Chinese young surgeons during his visit.
