12月20日，江門市五邑中醫(yī)院腦病科特邀德國(guó)國(guó)家科學(xué)院院士、哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心心腦中心創(chuàng)始主任、神經(jīng)內(nèi)科主任B?hr教授，與腦病科全體成員深入交流，會(huì)議由腦病科主任石青教授主持。這場(chǎng)會(huì)議不僅展示了五邑中醫(yī)院在國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)交流中的卓越表現(xiàn)，也標(biāo)志著該院人才培養(yǎng)邁向新高度的重要一步。五邑中醫(yī)院余尚貞副院長(zhǎng)在歡迎詞中回顧了與B?hr 教授近年來(lái)的深厚合作：2023年、2024年B?hr 教授兩次到訪，為該科臨床、科研及教學(xué)工作做了頂層規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)，為該科的學(xué)科建設(shè)和人才培養(yǎng)注入了強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)力。而自2024年7月起，腦病科陳健華醫(yī)生遠(yuǎn)赴德國(guó)，開始在B?hr 教授指導(dǎo)下攻讀博士學(xué)位，這不僅是該科首次實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)生進(jìn)入德國(guó)頂尖學(xué)府深造，也標(biāo)志著中德合作在醫(yī)學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)上的新里程。B?hr 教授以“腦卒中的最新研究進(jìn)展”為主題，從腦卒中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素、新型溶栓藥物的應(yīng)用到抗凝治療的時(shí)機(jī)選擇，系統(tǒng)地分享了全球最前沿的研究成果。這些內(nèi)容為腦病科醫(yī)生提供了更新知識(shí)體系、優(yōu)化治療方案的寶貴參考。隨后郭芙醫(yī)生全英文匯報(bào)了一例復(fù)雜腦卒中病例，展現(xiàn)了該科作為國(guó)家級(jí)高級(jí)卒中中心的臨床實(shí)力；陳健華醫(yī)生則分享了他在哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心心腦中心攻讀博士半年來(lái)的學(xué)習(xí)成果，包括博士課題的框架設(shè)計(jì)和最新進(jìn)展。他的優(yōu)秀表現(xiàn)獲得了余院長(zhǎng)和石青主任的高度評(píng)價(jià)，并對(duì)其未來(lái)回國(guó)后的科研、臨床和教學(xué)工作寄予厚望。余院長(zhǎng)進(jìn)一步指出，陳健華醫(yī)生的成長(zhǎng)充分體現(xiàn)了B?hr 教授在人才培養(yǎng)方面的卓越能力和獨(dú)到理念。她表示，B?hr 教授不僅注重學(xué)術(shù)能力的提升，更關(guān)注年輕醫(yī)生的全面發(fā)展，這種培養(yǎng)模式為國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)學(xué)人才的成長(zhǎng)提供了寶貴的借鑒。此次會(huì)議的圓滿舉辦，不僅彰顯了五邑中醫(yī)院在學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展上的國(guó)際化視野，更展現(xiàn)了中國(guó)醫(yī)院在培養(yǎng)“臨床科學(xué)家”方面的創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐。未來(lái)，五邑中醫(yī)院將繼續(xù)深化與B?hr 教授及哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心的合作，助力更多優(yōu)秀醫(yī)生登上國(guó)際舞臺(tái)。

On December 20, the Department of Neurology of Jiangmen Wuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine invited Prof. B?hr, Fellow of German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina, Founding Director of Heart & Brain Center G?ttingen and the Director of the Department of Neurology of University Medical Center G?ttingen, to have an in-depth academic exchange with the team of the Department of Neurology. The meeting was moderated by Prof. SHI Qing, Director of the Department of Neurology. The meeting not only demonstrated the outstanding performance in international exchanges of the hospital but also marked an important step forward in the hospital's talent cultivation. In her welcome address, Prof. YU Shangzhen, Vice President of the hospital, reflected on the profound cooperation with Prof. B?hr in recent years: During his visits in 2023 and in 2024, Prof. B?hr made top-level planning and design for the clinical, scientific and teaching work of the department, which provided a significant boost to the specialty construction and talent cultivation of the department. Since July 2024, Doctor CHEN Jianhua of the Department of Neurology has been pursuing his doctoral degree under the guidance of Prof. B?hr in Germany, marking the first time a doctor from the department has studied at a top German university and,a new milestone in Sino-German cooperation in medical talent cultivation. Prof. B?hr shared the world’s most cutting-edge research results on the topic of “ Update  in Stroke”, from the stroke risk factors, the clinical application of new thrombolytic drugs to the timing of anticoagulant therapy. The content provided valuable references for the team of Neurology to keep updated and optimize their treatment plans. Following the lecture, Doctor. GUO Fu then reported a complex stroke case in English, demonstrating the clinical expertise of the department as a national advanced stroke center. Doctor CHEN Jianhua then shared the progress of his doctoral studies at the Heart & Brain Center G?ttingen of University Medical Center G?ttingen, including the framework and the latest progress of his thesis project. President Yu and Director Shi highly praised Doctor Chen for his excellent performance, and they had high expectations for his future research, clinical and teaching work after returning to ChinaPresident Yu further pointed out that Doctor Chen’s growth fully reflected Prof. B?hr’s excellent ability and unique concepts in talent cultivation. She said that Prof. B?hr not only focuses on the improvement of academic ability but also pays attention to the comprehensive development of young doctors. This kind of cultivating mode provides a valuable reference for the development of medical talents in China. The successful organization of this conference not only demonstrated the international vision of Jiangmen Wuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in academic development but also showed the innovative practice of Chinese hospitals in cultivating “clinician-scientist”.
