2月24日上午8:30，仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療四人團(tuán)隊(duì)抵達(dá)柏林馬丁?路德醫(yī)院，拜訪該院業(yè)務(wù)院長(zhǎng)及骨科與創(chuàng)傷外科主任 Petersen 教授。作為德語區(qū)國(guó)家運(yùn)動(dòng)骨科與創(chuàng)傷外科學(xué)會(huì)（GOTS）德國(guó)區(qū)主席及德國(guó)膝關(guān)節(jié)學(xué)會(huì)（DKG）前任主席，Petersen 教授長(zhǎng)期專注于膝關(guān)節(jié)外科及運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的診療與臨床研究，并致力于國(guó)際醫(yī)學(xué)交流與人才培養(yǎng)。教授的中國(guó)博士生葛以洲醫(yī)生早早在醫(yī)院門口迎接，并帶領(lǐng)我們前往教授辦公室。此次會(huì)談安排在科室專為私人保險(xiǎn)患者設(shè)立的病區(qū)會(huì)議室，環(huán)境安靜且專業(yè)。會(huì)議期間，葛以洲醫(yī)生與 Petersen 教授深入探討了博士課題的構(gòu)思，并細(xì)致規(guī)劃了即將提交的中國(guó)留學(xué)基金委員會(huì)（CSC）獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)。Petersen 教授高度重視國(guó)際醫(yī)學(xué)人才的培養(yǎng)，今年將接收三位來自鹽城市第三人民醫(yī)院、河南省直第三人民醫(yī)院、東莞市中醫(yī)院的高年資醫(yī)生，在馬丁?路德醫(yī)院骨科與創(chuàng)傷外科進(jìn)行短期訪問交流。他希望通過此類項(xiàng)目，促進(jìn)中德兩國(guó)在運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的深度合作，為中國(guó)醫(yī)生提供接觸國(guó)際先進(jìn)技術(shù)與理念的機(jī)會(huì)，同時(shí)推動(dòng)雙方在臨床實(shí)踐、科研合作及醫(yī)學(xué)教育方面的緊密聯(lián)動(dòng)。2024年初，Petersen 教授首次訪問中國(guó)，在南昌市洪都中醫(yī)院開展為期一周的國(guó)際客座教授交流活動(dòng)。這次經(jīng)歷令他印象深刻，尤其對(duì)中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷及中醫(yī)康復(fù)理念表現(xiàn)出濃厚興趣。他認(rèn)為，中醫(yī)在運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷康復(fù)方面具有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì)，值得進(jìn)一步研究與應(yīng)用。2025年12月，他將重返中國(guó)，訪問中國(guó)規(guī)模最大的中醫(yī)院 - 廣東省中醫(yī)院，進(jìn)一步探索跨學(xué)科運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷診療和康復(fù)的新模式。會(huì)談結(jié)束后，教授親自帶領(lǐng)我們參觀了病區(qū)。該病區(qū)專為私人醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)患者提供服務(wù)，病房均為單人間，環(huán)境安靜舒適，設(shè)施完善，充分體現(xiàn)了德國(guó)醫(yī)療體系對(duì)患者體驗(yàn)的精細(xì)化管理。除了臨床與科研活動(dòng)，Petersen 教授還積極推動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)教育與國(guó)際合作。他活躍于 Instagram、YouTube、X、TikTok 等多個(gè)社交平臺(tái)，定期分享醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)議資訊、手術(shù)示教視頻及最新學(xué)術(shù)研究，并不斷拓展中德訪學(xué)項(xiàng)目及醫(yī)學(xué)博士培養(yǎng)合作。他認(rèn)為，這些交流不僅促進(jìn)了醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)的發(fā)展，更推動(dòng)了科學(xué)研究的深入合作，為循證醫(yī)學(xué)提供新思路，最終優(yōu)化臨床實(shí)踐，改善全球范圍內(nèi)的患者護(hù)理質(zhì)量。

At 8:30 A.M. on February 24, the team of four from Gloryren arrived at Martin Luther Hospital, Berlin, to visit Prof. Petersen, Director of the Department of Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery. As the Vice President of the German-Austrian-Swiss Society for Orthopaedic-Traumatological Sports Medicine (GOTS) and the Former President of the German Knee Society (DKG), Prof. Petersen has long focused on the diagnosis, treatment and clinical research of knee surgery and sports injuries, and is committed to international exchanges and talent training in medicine. Doctor GE Yizhou, the Chinese doctoral student of Prof. Petersen, greeted us at the entrance of the hospital and led us to Prof. Petersen’s office. The meeting was arranged in the conference room of the comfort ward for privately insured patients, providing a quiet and professional environment. During the meeting, Doctor Ge had an in-depth discussion with Prof. Petersen about the conception of his doctoral project and made detailed plans for the upcoming China Scholarship Council (CSC) scholarship application. Prof. Petersen attaches great importance to the training of international medical talents. This year, he will accept three experienced surgeons from Yancheng Third People’s Hospital, the Third People's Hospital of Henan Province, and the Dongguan TCM Hospital for short-term visits and exchanges in the Department of Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery at Martin Luther Hospital. He hopes that through such programs will foster in-depth Sino-German collaboration in the field of sports medicine, offering Chinese doctors access to advanced international technologies and concepts, and strengthening the close cooperation in clinical practice, scientific research cooperation and medical education. In early 2024, Prof. Petersen visited China for the first time for a one-week international visiting professorship at Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He was deeply impressed by this experience and showed great interest in the combination of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and Western medicine in the treatment of sports injuries and the concept of TCM rehabilitation. He believes that TCM has unique advantages in sports injury rehabilitation and should be further explored and applied. In December 2025, he will pay a return-visit to China to visit Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine, the largest TCM hospital in China, to further explore new models of multidisciplinary diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries. After the meeting, Prof. Petersen personally showed us around the comfort ward. The ward is specially designated to provide services for patients with private medical insurance. All rooms in the wards are single rooms with a quiet and comfortable environment and well equipped, which fully reflects the refined patient-centered management of German Healthcare System. In addition to clinical and research activities, Prof. Petersen also actively promotes medical education and international cooperation. He is active on multiple social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, X, and TikTok, regularly sharing information of meetings, surgical demonstration videos, and the latest academic research. He believes that these exchanges not only foster the advancement of medical academia, but also promote in-depth cooperation in scientific research, provide new ideas for evidence-based medicine, and ultimately optimize clinical practice and promote patient care on a global scale.
