2月27日下午14:00，仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療四人團(tuán)隊(duì)來(lái)到柏林夏洛特大學(xué)綜合醫(yī)院米特院區(qū)拜訪該院泌尿外科主任Schlomm教授。該院泌尿外科主要病區(qū)設(shè)置在本杰明?富蘭克林院區(qū)，而米特院區(qū)主要負(fù)責(zé)泌尿腫瘤門(mén)診和科研工作。會(huì)談在米特院區(qū)的Rahel Hirsch轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)研究中心的泌尿外科會(huì)議室進(jìn)行。該中心由柏林健康研究所（BIH）與夏洛特共同建立，致力于推動(dòng)基礎(chǔ)研究成果向臨床實(shí)踐的轉(zhuǎn)化。中心位于路易森大街65號(hào)，與夏洛特米特院區(qū)主樓相通，經(jīng)過(guò)全面翻新，總使用面積達(dá)14,875平方米，擁有先進(jìn)的臨床、實(shí)驗(yàn)室和辦公設(shè)施，為科學(xué)家和臨床醫(yī)生提供理想的科研平臺(tái)。該中心以Rahel Hirsch命名，她是醫(yī)學(xué)史上的先驅(qū)之一，也是德國(guó)的第一位女性醫(yī)學(xué)教授。Hirsch教授在生理學(xué)和臨床研究領(lǐng)域做出了杰出貢獻(xiàn)，盡管在職業(yè)生涯中面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn)，但她仍堅(jiān)持不懈地推動(dòng)科學(xué)發(fā)展。以她的名字命名該中心，象征著對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)新和跨學(xué)科合作的堅(jiān)定承諾。在會(huì)談中，我們向Schlomm教授介紹了公司的各項(xiàng)運(yùn)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目，包括中德訪學(xué)項(xiàng)目、中德臨床醫(yī)學(xué)博士項(xiàng)目和國(guó)際客座教授項(xiàng)目。教授對(duì)這些項(xiàng)目表現(xiàn)出濃厚興趣，并表示希望建立一個(gè)涵蓋醫(yī)院管理、學(xué)科建設(shè)和人才培養(yǎng)的良性循環(huán)：通過(guò)訪問(wèn)中國(guó)醫(yī)院，合作開(kāi)展客座教授項(xiàng)目，接收該院博士生，以合作科研項(xiàng)目為博士課題，進(jìn)行定向聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)。他提到，雖然之前招收過(guò)從事基礎(chǔ)研究的中國(guó)博士后研究員，但尚未招收過(guò)中國(guó)博士生。他希望在博士項(xiàng)目中開(kāi)展轉(zhuǎn)化研究，這是他和團(tuán)隊(duì)的強(qiáng)項(xiàng)，且能在一兩年內(nèi)取得成果，更符合中國(guó)醫(yī)生的職業(yè)規(guī)劃。會(huì)談結(jié)束后，我們?cè)卺t(yī)院門(mén)口合影留念。Schlomm教授還分享了科室的情況：盡管他個(gè)人的臨床和研究重點(diǎn)是前列腺癌、基因組學(xué)和精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)，但科室設(shè)有完善的亞專科，包括小兒泌尿科、腫瘤、尿失禁、性功能障礙、激素紊亂、腎結(jié)石、良性前列腺增生、畸形、腎移植和泌尿婦科，是全德國(guó)最大的泌尿外科之一。此次交流為未來(lái)的合作奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)，雙方期待在轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)研究和人才培養(yǎng)方面展開(kāi)深入合作。

At 2:00 P.M. of February 27th, the team of four from Gloryren arrived at the Campus Charité Mitte (CCM), Charité - University Medicine Berlin to visit Prof. Schlomm, Director of the Department of Urology. The main wards of the Department of Urology are located at the CBF, while the urological oncology clinic and the translational research lab are based at the CCM. The meeting was held in the conference room of the Rahel Hirsch Center for Translational Medicine at the CCM. The center was jointly founded by the Berlin Institute of Health (BIH) and Charité, dedicated to facilitating the translation of basic research findings into clinical practices. The center is located at Luisenstra?e 65, connected to the main building of the CCM, Charité. Completely renovated, it now offers a total of 14,875 square meters of floor space. It provides the scientists and clinicians with state-of-the-art clinical, laboratory, and office space as well as technologies. The center is named after Rahel Hirsch, a pioneer in medical history and the first woman in Germany to be awarded the title of professor of medicine. Prof. Hirsch made remarkable contributions in the fields of physiology and clinical research. Despite facing numerous challenges in her career, she remained steadfast in advancing scientific progress. Naming the center after her symbolizes a strong commitment to medical innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration. During the meeting, the team provided a detailed introduction of the programs that Gloryren is running, including the Sino-German Fellowship Program, the Sino-German MD Program, and the International Visiting Professorship Program. Prof. Schlomm expressed great interests in these programs and proposed establishing a system that integrates exchanges and cooperations in hospital management, speciality construction and talent cultivation. This would involve visiting Chinese hospitals as international visiting professor and accepting MD students from these hospitals, who would work on joint research projects as their doctoral thesis. Prof. Schlomm mentioned that although his team had previously accepted Chinese postdoctoral researchers, they had yet to accept MD students from China. He expressed his intention to conduct translational research in the MD program, which aligns with his team’s expertise and better suits the career plans for Chinese doctors. After the meeting, we took a photo with Prof. Schlomm at the hospital entrance. Prof. Schlomm also shared details about his department, noting that while his personal clinical and research focus is on prostate cancer, genomics, and precision medicine, the department is equipped with well-established subspecialties, including pediatric urology, oncology, incontinence, sexual dysfunction, hormonal disorders, kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia, malformations, kidney transplantation, and urogynecology, making it one of the largest urology departments in Germany. This exchange laid a solid foundation for future collaboration, and we look forward to deepening cooperation in translational research and talent training.
