5月13日下午東莞市中醫(yī)院院長鄧偉均、副院長黃紹剛帶領(lǐng)全院各臨床科室主任及職能部門負(fù)責(zé)人與慕尼黑哈拉興骨科醫(yī)院創(chuàng)始院長、德國脊柱學(xué)會創(chuàng)始主席、歐洲脊柱學(xué)會前主席Prof. Mayer共同召開2022中德高水平醫(yī)院管理會議。

On May 13, the Sino-German Video Conference on High-level Hospital Management was held by the President Deng Weijun and the Vice President Huang Shaogang of Dongguan TCM Hospital, and Prof. Michael Mayer, the Founding Medical Director of Sch?n Klinik Munich Harlaching, Founding President of German Spine Society and former President of EUROSPINE. The attendees include the Directors from all the clinical departments and the administration departments.

 

Mayer教授指出,對于一家醫(yī)院來說,成功的關(guān)鍵因素有以下四點:建設(shè)優(yōu)秀的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,提供卓越的醫(yī)療服務(wù),制定國際化高規(guī)格質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及高效的流程管理。而高效的流程管理中最重要的一環(huán)為打造企業(yè)文化,企業(yè)文化指的是決定一家醫(yī)院員工與管理層之間協(xié)作和配合度的信念和行為。

Prof. Mayer pointed out that, for a hospital, the keys to success consist of four aspects - excellent infrastructure, ‘premium medicine’, high international quality standards and process management. An essential part of process management is to create a corporate culture, which refers to the beliefs and behaviors that determine how a company’s employees and management interact.

 

企業(yè)文化的基石在于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層,一家醫(yī)院的成功需要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層做到目的明確,包容職工,用自身影響力引導(dǎo)職工,在院內(nèi)培養(yǎng)團隊協(xié)作精神。Mayer教授談到,要打造企業(yè)文化,首先要為醫(yī)院設(shè)立發(fā)展的愿景,制定工作理念,讓全院職工為了共同的目標(biāo)一致行動,互相信任。加強溝通是建立信任的唯一途徑,醫(yī)院可通過各種形式的會議和活動與員工進行公開透明的對話,讓員工及時了解醫(yī)院發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及近期規(guī)劃。

The fundamentals of leadership are very important to creating a good corporate culture. The leadership of hospital management should be purposeful, inclusive, and lead the employees with influence as well as foster collaboration. To achieve this, a vision should be created that everyone shares. Then a work- philosophy should be defined. Everyone should act in concert and create trust. Communications create trust. Multiple forms of events and activities can be held internally and interdepartmentally for public and transparent communications, which enable the employees to know the current situation and plans in due time.

 

會議最后教授總結(jié):團隊協(xié)作的工作理念是高效的流程管理的保證,醫(yī)院的成功取決于團隊的建設(shè)及職工對醫(yī)院的認(rèn)同感和歸屬感。

At the end of the lecture, Prof. Mayer summarized that cooperative work-philosophy guarantees excellent process management and that team building and corporate identity determine a hospital’s success.
