12月2日中德運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科建設(shè)視頻會(huì)議在北京積水潭醫(yī)院貴州醫(yī)院成功舉辦，大會(huì)邀請(qǐng)到Sch?n Klinik國(guó)際醫(yī)院集團(tuán)創(chuàng)始院長(zhǎng)、德國(guó)脊柱學(xué)會(huì)創(chuàng)始主席、歐洲脊柱學(xué)會(huì)前主席Prof. Mayer視頻連線現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，共同探討中德運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科建設(shè)及臨床熱點(diǎn)。黨委書記邱冰教授親臨現(xiàn)場(chǎng)致歡迎辭，并分享了三個(gè)好消息，貴州省骨科醫(yī)院與北京積水潭醫(yī)院合作成為貴州省第一家國(guó)家區(qū)域醫(yī)療中心-北京積水潭醫(yī)院貴州醫(yī)院，目前運(yùn)行良好。同時(shí)，我院重點(diǎn)?？平ㄔO(shè)成績(jī)突出，現(xiàn)有骨科，骨內(nèi)科，疼痛科，康復(fù)科，麻醉科5個(gè)省級(jí)臨床重點(diǎn)專科，并在國(guó)家公立醫(yī)院考核中貴州省骨科醫(yī)院名列?？漆t(yī)院手術(shù)組12名。
緊接著，Mayer教授以《德國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)-定義、內(nèi)容、組織、實(shí)踐與科研》為題做專題演講，詳細(xì)對(duì)德國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)的教育、學(xué)科設(shè)置、專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員就醫(yī)流程及運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)科研項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行講解。在德國(guó)，業(yè)余愛好者在受到運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷后由全科醫(yī)生初診，再被轉(zhuǎn)介到骨科或運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)?？漆t(yī)院，在醫(yī)院運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)門急診進(jìn)行初步診斷，再按損傷的具體部位轉(zhuǎn)診到亞?？浦行挠蓪I(yè)的運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)專家進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的診治。如果專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員受傷，其隊(duì)醫(yī)或所屬俱樂部會(huì)直接聯(lián)系合作的骨科醫(yī)院或治療中心，直接到相關(guān)亞?？浦行慕邮軐＜抑委煛Ｒ虼?，醫(yī)院的各亞?？七\(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)專家需要保持跟各運(yùn)動(dòng)俱樂部、運(yùn)動(dòng)協(xié)會(huì)的聯(lián)系，并向相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)申請(qǐng)認(rèn)證。Mayer教授在總結(jié)中提到，運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的治療需要多學(xué)科的專家緊密合作，尤其是對(duì)于專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的治療，需要考量多方面的外界因素，包括各利益相關(guān)方的想法、運(yùn)動(dòng)員職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃等。
因此對(duì)于每個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員都需要制定個(gè)性化的診療方案，并與隊(duì)醫(yī)、理療師、教練、心理治療師等多方進(jìn)行合作和溝通。此外，高水平的運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)需要有堅(jiān)實(shí)的科學(xué)理論和數(shù)據(jù)支撐，因此與國(guó)內(nèi)外科研機(jī)構(gòu)合作進(jìn)行科研項(xiàng)目顯得尤為重要。接著，運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)科甄東主任作運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀匯報(bào)，向Mayer教授介紹了院內(nèi)運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及未來(lái)展望。在隨后的討論環(huán)節(jié)中，與會(huì)人員就運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)門診急診與康復(fù)中心設(shè)置情況，專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員與業(yè)余運(yùn)動(dòng)員MDT的差異以及運(yùn)動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科及亞?？谱沲淄饪瓢l(fā)展建議等方面與Mayer教授進(jìn)行了深入的交流。
On December 2, Sino- German Video Conference on Sports Medicine Specialty Construction was successfully held at the Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Guizhou Hospital. Prof. Mayer, the Founding Medical Director of Sch?n Klinik Munich Harlaching, was invited to give a lecture online. The topic of the meeting is the specialty construction and clinical hot topics of sports medicine in China and in Germany.
Party Secretary Prof. Qiu Bing delivered an welcoming address, in which he shared the good news that Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Guizhou Hospital has become the first regional medical center enjoying national medical standard and resources in Guizhou Province. They also achieved a lot in specialty construction with five provincial key clinical specialties of orthopaedics, Osteology, pain therapy rehabilitation and anesthesiology. The hospital was ranked 12th in the surgical group among 128 specialized hospitals in the national assessment of public hospital, which provides much confidence to our future.
Prof. Mayer gave a lecture with the title of “Sports Medicine in Germany - Definition, Content, Organization, Practice and Science” to give an overview of the sports medicine in Germany.
In Germany, an amateur athlete may probably see a general practitioner first if they get a sports injury, after which they will be referred to a hospital or a center focusing on sports medicine.
There, they will receive a basic diagnostics at the outpatient or emergency clinic. And then they will be sent to a specific sub-specialized center according to the type of the injury. If a professional athlete is injured, they will be sent directly to the sub-specialized center, which is contacted by their team physician. Therefore, cooperation with clubs and organizations and certification from relevant associations are important for a hospital to treat professional athletes.
Prof. Mayer summarized that athletes require a multidisciplinary approach and the treatment of professional athletes is complex due to many non-medical influences on decisions and outcome, including the thoughts from different interested parties.
Therefore, individualized procedures and timing and close cooperation with team physicians, Physios, Athletic trainers, psychologists etc. are necessary. Besides, high level sports medicine requires scientific workup and academic cooperation.
Then, Director Zhen Dong of Sports Medicine delivered a speech of the specialty construction and future development plan of the department. During the discussion session afterwards, the setting of sports medicine outpatient and emergency clinic and rehabilitation center, the difference of MDT approach between treating professional athletes and amateur athletes and so on were discussed. Last but not least, Prof. Mayer also shared his experience of developing young sports medicine and foot and ankle department.
