2月21日下午,華中科技大學(xué)同濟(jì)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬同濟(jì)醫(yī)院攜手中德醫(yī)學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)與仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療成功舉辦了2023中德高水平醫(yī)院管理會(huì)議。非常感謝中德醫(yī)學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)理事長、同濟(jì)醫(yī)院劉繼紅院長和同濟(jì)醫(yī)院廖家智副書記對此次會(huì)議的大力支持和團(tuán)隊(duì)的積極參與。劉院長在歡迎詞中提到,“它山之石,可以攻玉。”德國醫(yī)院管理是歐洲醫(yī)院管理的代表,他們在學(xué)科建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)、醫(yī)院運(yùn)營、績效考核、文化建設(shè)和質(zhì)量管理等領(lǐng)域,所進(jìn)行的 深入探索,所形成的獨(dú)到經(jīng)驗(yàn),對我們來說都具有深刻的借鑒意義。
On Feb. 21, The Affiliated Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology successfully organized the Sino-German Video Conference on Hospital Management 2023, jointly with Sino-German Medical Society and Gloryren. We deeply appreciate the great support from the President Liu Jihong of Tongji Hospital and SIno-German Medical Society, the Deputy Secretary Liao Jiazhi of Tongji Hospital and the attendance of the whole team. In the welcome address of President Liu, he quoted that ‘stones from other hills may serve to polish jade’, which means, others' opinions may help us improve ourselves. The highlight of European hospital management concept is in German hospitals. They have deeply explored such fields as specialty construction, talent cultivation, hospital management, performance assessment, culture construction and quality control. Their unique experience in these fields is of significant reference to us.
接著,德國Sch?n Klinik醫(yī)院集團(tuán)慕尼黑哈拉興骨科醫(yī)院創(chuàng)始院長Michael Mayer教授進(jìn)行了以《如何高效有序地運(yùn)營一家醫(yī)院-德國經(jīng)驗(yàn)》為題的演講。Mayer教授指出,對于一家醫(yī)院來說,成功的關(guān)鍵因素有以下五點(diǎn):建設(shè)優(yōu)秀的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,提供卓越的醫(yī)療服務(wù),制定國際化高規(guī)格質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建立高效的流程管理體系以及增強(qiáng)國際競爭力。而高效的流程管理中最重要的一環(huán)為打造企業(yè)文化,企業(yè)文化指的是決定一家醫(yī)院員工與管理層之間協(xié)作和配合度的信念和行為。Mayer教授在講課最后提到團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作的工作理念是高效的流程管理的保證,醫(yī)院的成功取決于團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè)及職工對醫(yī)院的認(rèn)同感和歸屬感。
Prof. Michael Mayer, the Founding Medical Director of Sch?n Klinik Munich Harlaching, then delivered a lecture titled ‘How to run a well - organized hospital efficiently - German (personal) perspective’. He pointed out that, for a hospital, the keys to success consist of five aspects - excellent infrastructure, ‘premium medicine’, high international quality standards, process management system and international competitiveness. An essential part of process management system is to create a corporate culture, which refers to the beliefs and behaviors that determine how a company’s employees and management interact. At the end of the lecture, Prof. Mayer summarized that cooperative work-philosophy guarantees excellent process management and that team building and corporate identity determine a hospital’s success.
講課結(jié)束之后,參會(huì)嘉賓們和Mayer教授進(jìn)行了熱烈的討論,討論主題涵蓋中德公立醫(yī)院考核指標(biāo)差異、不同??葡虏∪睡熜Ш饬恐笜?biāo)的制定,和中德診治流程差異及門急診住院部配合等。
After the lecture session, Prof. Mayer enjoyed a heated discussion with the colleagues on different criteria between Chinese and German public hospitals, the selection of patient outcome measurement indicators under different specialties, the differences in diagnostics and treatment processes between China and Germany and the cooperation between outpatient and inpatient departments.
會(huì)議末尾,劉繼紅院長致結(jié)束詞,稱哈拉興骨科醫(yī)院“麻雀雖小五臟俱全”,高度贊賞了Mayer教授的管理智慧,也希望有機(jī)會(huì)可以與Mayer教授與仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療有更進(jìn)一步的合作。
At the end of the webinar, President Liu made the closing remarks, spoke highly that Harlaching is of great wisdom under Prof. Mayer's management concept, and hoped to have further cooperation with Prof. Mayer and Gloryren in the future.
