七月流火，我從廣州飛來(lái)了中國(guó)傳奇歷史名城遵義。從小生活在遵義60公里外的烏江小鎮(zhèn)，父親在那里參與修建了中國(guó)第一座石灰?guī)r水電站：烏江渡水電站。四歲那年，我眼睛受傷，整夜啼哭。父親送我去了遵義醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院。出院那天上午，父親抱著我去了老城。街上在賣雞蛋糕，裝在搪瓷盆子里，擺得整整齊齊，我感動(dòng)得歷害。今天我又一次有幸見(jiàn)到了遵義醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院余昌胤院長(zhǎng)。他當(dāng)年去德國(guó)曼海姆學(xué)習(xí)了德語(yǔ)，又去柏林學(xué)習(xí)了醫(yī)院管理。他在德國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)了整整一年。他非常有國(guó)際視野和專業(yè)素養(yǎng)。作為黔北地區(qū)最大的大學(xué)綜合醫(yī)院。該院提出了：服務(wù)好，質(zhì)量好，醫(yī)德好，群眾滿意的樸實(shí)無(wú)華的辦院理念。7月25日脊柱外科盧子墨醫(yī)生將從成都飛赴德國(guó)，開(kāi)啟他兩年臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士的學(xué)習(xí)生涯。今年5月30日他也獲得了國(guó)家公派留學(xué)CSC獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。這幾年該院脊柱外科在敖主任的帶領(lǐng)下引進(jìn)了3位博士，培養(yǎng)了4位博士，該科現(xiàn)有病床68張，去年完成了2200臺(tái)手術(shù)。每年可獨(dú)立完成100臺(tái)脊柱腫瘤手術(shù)。今天與脊柱外科敖主任見(jiàn)面，看見(jiàn)走廊全是病人。敖主任也曾去意大利學(xué)習(xí)了半年。當(dāng)今中國(guó)醫(yī)院困難重重。DRG收費(fèi)再一次把科室與醫(yī)生推入風(fēng)口浪尖之上。現(xiàn)在只有人才才可以成就一家偉大的醫(yī)院。我每一次來(lái)到遵義，每一次看見(jiàn)院長(zhǎng)和科主任都有說(shuō)不出的本分和善良。這就是未來(lái)中國(guó)醫(yī)院的希望。相信我，這世上只有工作可以讓自己的未來(lái)充滿奇跡。

In the midsummer of July, I flew from Guangzhou to Zunyi, the legendary historical city of China. I grew up in a town called Wujiang, 60 kilometers away from Zunyi, where my father participated in the construction of the Wujiangdu hydropower station. China's first hydropower station on limestone landform. When I was four, my eye was injured and I cried all night. My father sent me to the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University. My father took me to the old town the day I discharged from the hospital. There was a vendor on the street selling Chinese-style sponge cake, which were placed neatly in enamel pots. I was deeply impressed and moved. Today, I had the honor to meet Prof. Yu Changyin again, the President of the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University. Years ago, he went to Mannheim to learn German, and went to Berlin to study hospital management. He studied in Germany for a whole year. He is highly professional with global thinking. As the largest university hospital in northern Guizhou. It holds an unpretentious concept of working for better service, better quality, better work ethic and better patient satisfaction. Lu Zimo from the Dept. of Spine Surgery will head to Germany from Chengdu on July 25, starting his two-year journey for an MD degree. On May 30^th, he was awarded the scholarship from the Chinese Scholarship Council. Under the leadership of Director Ao Jun, 3 PhD holders were introduced to the Dept. of Spine Surgery and 4 were cultivated. There are 68 beds in the department and 2200 operations were performed last year. The team can independently performs 100 operations of spine tumor per year. Today we also visited Director Ao Jun at the Dept. of Spine Surgery. We saw that the wards are overcrowded with patients. Director Ao also visited Italy for a six-month fellowship. Nowadays the hospitals in China are faced with multiple difficulties. The DRG payment system made things even more complicated for the clinical departments and the doctors. It is people that make a hospital great. Every time I visit Zunyi, I am deeply touched by the kindness and the purity of the President and the Directors here. They are the future hope of the hospitals in China. Trust me, only your efforts bring you miracle.
