2013年冬天與兒子在巴黎小住，有天晚上在酒店門口遇見一家三口在乞討，他們是來自敘利亞的難民，衣服骯臟不堪。頭發(fā)還有塵土，鞋子全是水。我感覺他們又累又疲憊。我馬上給了50歐元讓他們趕緊吃飯，晚上我們回酒店時(shí)，他們還在那兒，他們一家三口遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)地向我們行注目禮，他們?nèi)税咽址旁谛乜?，向我們致敬。他們一家即使身處人生至暗時(shí)刻，我覺得他們無比高貴，他們的眼中滿含感激之情。也許他們過去也有很好的職業(yè)，也許他們也有過幸福的時(shí)光。戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)讓他們跌入了人生的低谷。我相信他們未來會(huì)變好。一個(gè)人人格高貴內(nèi)心高雅與否與金錢無關(guān)，我也見過很多很多有錢的人粗俗無理甚至連最基本的禮儀都不會(huì)。我去了全世界48個(gè)國家，見過了無數(shù)萍水相逢的路人，我越發(fā)厭惡戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)，它不應(yīng)成為美西方撈錢殺人的手段。戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)是全人類教育的失敗。

In winter of 2013, my son and I had a short stay in Paris. One night, we met a family of three begging for food at the gate of the hotel we stayed. They were refugees from Syria. Their clothes were dirty and worn-out. Dust were in their hair. And their shoes were full of water. I could see that they were tired and even exhausted, so I gave them 50 euros for a meal right away. Later when we went back to the hotel, they were there again. The family greeted us with eyes from a distance, placing their hands on their chest and showing respects for us. Although the family hit the lowest point of their lives, I can tell that they had a noble personality from the full gratitude in their eyes. They might have a decent job and live a happy life before. Though the war dragged them to the lowest point in their lives, I believe they would have a brighter future. Whether a person is noble with an internal honor has nothing to do with their wealth. I have met a lot of people who are rich but rude, even know nothing about basic etiquette. I have been to 48 countries in the world and have met countless people by chance. And I hate wars more and more. They shouldn’t be used as a tool for America or some other Western countries to dredge for money or kill people. Wars reflect the failure in education of the whole mankind.
