我們生在新中國，女人就應(yīng)該靠著本事吃飯。從2018年開始，我們國際公共關(guān)系部門就招聘了22位英文專業(yè)應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生。有碩士畢業(yè)的，有名校畢業(yè)的，有普通二本畢業(yè)的。到2019年只留下來了4位同事，她們是一顆種子，讓這份奇特的工作生根發(fā)芽，枝繁葉茂。她們是越來越喜歡這份特別的工作。因?yàn)檫@份工作特別困難，能夠留下來的，絕對是真正的人才?，F(xiàn)在她們英文口譯、寫作、精讀和泛讀都非常優(yōu)秀，關(guān)鍵她們可以與全世界各學(xué)科關(guān)鍵學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)袖一同工作。一個(gè)人出來工作是為了什么？是這份工作除了錢之外，還有極大的榮譽(yù)感。我們國際公共關(guān)系部門常年保持8人團(tuán)隊(duì)，今年還在繼續(xù)招收新人。2023年她們寫了近2萬封英文郵件，翻譯幾百個(gè)視頻和文章，輔導(dǎo)40位中國醫(yī)生攻讀德國臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士學(xué)位。陪同50位著名歐洲關(guān)鍵學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)袖在中國三甲醫(yī)院開展國際客座教授工作，協(xié)助中國優(yōu)秀醫(yī)生在頂級期刊發(fā)表文章。我們可以積極參與中國三甲醫(yī)院的醫(yī)院管理、學(xué)科建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)。這是中國醫(yī)院建設(shè)的三大核心。有了這三大核心，才可以成就一家偉大的醫(yī)院。其實(shí)人與人之間最好的關(guān)系就是可以安安靜靜地坐著，一起享用一餐美食。我們從來不需要熱熱鬧鬧的關(guān)系。我們?yōu)榱耸澄锒ぷ?。食物總能慰藉我們的心靈和家人。我們努力工作為什么？不是為了結(jié)果，而是為了過程更快樂。只要我們不過度索取，好運(yùn)將會(huì)長久眷顧我們！剛看到加拉巴哥群島擁有300種罕見動(dòng)物，是地球其他角落所沒有的，讓我大開眼界。原來世上除了金錢，還有其它！新年快樂，平安享樂！

We, women born in the new China after 1949, should earn our livings with our own abilities. Since 2018, the Department of International Public Relations of Gloryren has recruited 22 fresh graduates majoring in English with diverse educational backgrounds, including those from key universities, master’s degree holders and graduates from second-tier universities. By 2019, only four stayed. They serve as a seed that makes the unique job take root and flourish. Their passion for this particular job grows even stronger as time goes by. Because of the difficulty of this job, I believe that those who can stay are definitely real talents. They excel in English interpretation, writing, both extensive and intensive reading. What’s more, they can work with key academic leaders of various specialties around the world. What motivates us to work? It must be the sense of accomplishment in addition to the money. The Department of International Public Relations maintains a team of eight, and we keep recruiting new members. In 2023, they wrote nearly 20,000 emails, translated hundreds of videos and articles, and helped over 40 Chinese doctors to pursue MD degree in Germany. Plus, they accompanied 50 renowned European key academic leaders to conduct international visiting professorship activities at Grade Three Class A hospitals, and assisted Chinese doctors in publishing articles in top journals. We can actively participate in the hospital management, specialty construction and talent cultivation of Chinese hospitals, which are essential to the healthcare system in China. And only these core aspects can make a hospital great. The best relationships between people don’t necessarily rely on lively conversation but on sitting quietly together and even on just sharing a tasty meal. Food always comforts the hearts and souls of ours and our families, so we work hard for it. The reason why we work hard is not for the results, but to make the process more enjoyable. As long as we don’t ask for too much, good luck will always be with us. It really amazed me that the Galapagos Islands are home to 300 species of rare animals, and they are found here only, nowhere else on Earth.
