4月15日上午，柏林夏洛特大學(xué)綜合醫(yī)院肌肉骨骼外科中心行政院長、AO Trauma德國區(qū)主席、德國創(chuàng)傷外科學(xué)會(huì)2025年主席St?ckle教授抵達(dá)深圳市第二人民醫(yī)院開啟為期一周的客座教授訪問。黨委書記曾暉、副院長楊雷、大骨科主任王滿宜、創(chuàng)傷骨科主任張勝利及創(chuàng)傷骨科團(tuán)隊(duì)成員為教授舉行歡迎儀式并共同為中德創(chuàng)傷骨科交流中心揭牌。曾暉書記用流利的德語歡迎教授，王滿宜教授全程用流利的英語與教授交流。St?ckle教授在歡迎儀式上介紹，柏林夏洛特大學(xué)綜合醫(yī)院創(chuàng)立至今已有超過310年的歷史，連續(xù)多年在美國新聞周刊評(píng)選的全球百佳醫(yī)院榜單中排名前五、在德國國內(nèi)眾多榜單排名第一。教授帶領(lǐng)的肌肉骨骼外科中心創(chuàng)建于2003年，是德國規(guī)模最大的同類中心。下午St?ckle教授在創(chuàng)傷骨科以《肱骨近端骨折：切開復(fù)位內(nèi)固定還是反肩置換》為題進(jìn)行內(nèi)部授課，輔以病例詳細(xì)分析了兩種術(shù)式的手術(shù)指征。隨后創(chuàng)傷骨科團(tuán)隊(duì)與教授共同討論明天需要進(jìn)行手術(shù)的兩例肱骨近端骨折及一例髕骨骨折病例。王滿宜教授于1989年首次參加AO課程，于2015年至2018年任AO亞太區(qū)主席，此次客座教授活動(dòng)不僅是兩院之間的交流，更是AO教育理念在中國的進(jìn)一步深化。St?ckle教授和王滿宜教授都認(rèn)可AO的意義是打造全球創(chuàng)傷外科醫(yī)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)，為醫(yī)生提供更好的繼續(xù)教育，促進(jìn)本領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的國際交流。St?ckle教授鼓勵(lì)年輕醫(yī)生在培養(yǎng)臨床和科研技能的同時(shí)提升語言能力，積極通過AO等國際學(xué)會(huì)參加國際交流。

On the morning of April 15th, Prof. St?ckle, the Managing Director of the Center for Musculoskeletal Surgery of Charité, President of AO Trauma Germany, and President-elect of the German Society for Trauma Surgery 2025, arrived at Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital for a week-long international visiting professorship. A welcome ceremony for Prof. St?ckle was held and attended by ZENG Hui, Secretary of the Party, YANG Lei, Vice President of the hospital, WANG Manyi, Director of Dept. Of Orthopedics, ZHANG Shengli, Director of Dept. Of Orthopedic Trauma, and the team of Orthopedic Trauma. Afterward, the two parties jointly moderated the inauguration of the “Sino-German Communication Center for Orthopedic Trauma”. Secretary ZENG welcomed Prof. St?ckle in good German, while Prof. WANG communicated with Prof. St?ckle in fluent English throughout the event. Prof. St?ckle introduced at the welcome ceremony that Charité – Berlin University Medicine, founded over 310 years ago, has been listed top five in the World’s 100 Best Hospitals by Newsweek for many years and top one in various rankings in Germany. The Center for Musculoskeletal Surgery (CMSC), led by Prof. St?ckle, was established in 2003 and is the largest musculoskeletal surgery center in Germany. In the afternoon, Prof. St?ckle delivered an internal lecture on the topic of “Proximal Humeral Fractures: Open Reduction and Internal Fixation VS. Reverse Total Shoulder Arthroplasty”, supplemented by a detailed analysis of surgical indications for these two surgical techniques with cases. The team of Orthopedic Trauma then discussed with Prof. St?ckle the two proximal humeral fracture cases and one patellar fracture case scheduled for surgery the following day. Prof. WANG attended the AO program for the first time in 1989 and served as the President of AO Trauma Asia Pacific from 2015 to 2018. This visiting professorship not only fosters communication between the two hospitals but also further deepens the AO’s educational concepts in China. Prof. St?ckle and Prof. WANG both recognize the significance of AO in building a global network for trauma surgeons, providing better continuing education for physicians, and promoting international exchanges in this field. Prof. St?ckle encourages young doctors to improve their language skills, while cultivating clinical and research skills, and to actively participate in academic exchanges through international organizations like AO.
