從2018年開(kāi)始，28位世界著名關(guān)鍵學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)袖來(lái)到了我們的身邊。這是我們?nèi)梳t(yī)醫(yī)療事業(yè)全新的5.0時(shí)代。這一路走來(lái)，我們非常非常開(kāi)心。我單槍匹馬到現(xiàn)在，任何人都不是我的靠山。我才是自己最大的靠山，我無(wú)懼年齡。因?yàn)槲矣肋h(yuǎn)年輕，永遠(yuǎn)熱淚盈眶。我無(wú)懼對(duì)手，因?yàn)槲腋緵](méi)有對(duì)手。我從不向上社交，因?yàn)槲沂冀K強(qiáng)大，上面的人只能看見(jiàn)我。昨晚來(lái)到德國(guó)最高峰楚格峰山腳下的Grainau，每年的夏日直至深夜10:00才天黑。昨天下午時(shí)分還去了附近的小鎮(zhèn)加爾米施.帕滕基興，小河水靜靜地流淌著，清澈見(jiàn)底，我仿佛又回到了童年貴州烏江，那是我人生既幸福又艱難的時(shí)光，這個(gè)楚格峰山腳下漂亮的童話小鎮(zhèn)。有各種各樣傳統(tǒng)餐廳，冰激凌店，巧克力店。房屋墻上的濕壁畫(huà)古樸而美好。這一周我們?cè)谀侥岷诖髮W(xué)附屬醫(yī)院、慕尼黑工業(yè)大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院、慕尼黑骨外科醫(yī)院與院長(zhǎng)和科主任們一起工作：起早貪黑，閉門(mén)會(huì)議，英文訪問(wèn)，科研討論，臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士安排。慕尼黑天天陽(yáng)光明媚，溫度卻23度，這是個(gè)涼夏，無(wú)比舒適。今早清晨起床，山間云霧繚繞，樹(shù)上鳥(niǎo)兒歡叫。下周還將在慕尼黑三家醫(yī)院工作，工作量依然巨大，但我們享受其中，無(wú)比感恩?！兜赖陆?jīng)》中有一句話:“反者道之動(dòng)，弱者道之用”。這幾乎能夠解決人生所有的問(wèn)題。意思是：所有事物的發(fā)展都要經(jīng)歷對(duì)立統(tǒng)一的過(guò)程，任何事物發(fā)展到最高峰，都會(huì)物極必反，再次走到自己的對(duì)立統(tǒng)一面。你越想強(qiáng)大，就越要從弱小開(kāi)始。你越想獲得，就越要先學(xué)會(huì)舍得。你越想成大事，就越要從小事做起。你越想快速做成一件事，就越要慢慢地做。慢就是快，少就是得，多則惑。弱是道的常態(tài)，要將自己放在“弱”的位置上，永遠(yuǎn)謙卑，永遠(yuǎn)把小事做好，永遠(yuǎn)對(duì)世界付出給予奉獻(xiàn)，你只有按照道的方法和規(guī)律行事，你就可以獨(dú)立思考，懂得解決任何困難。

From 2018, 28 world-class key academic leaders have joined us. This is the brand new 5.0 Era of Gloryren's cause. Along our way, we are very much satisfied. I made it alone to what I am now. I never rely on anyone, but only on myself. I never care about age, because I will always be young and passionate. I never fear of rivals, because I don't consider anyone as my rival. I never have to pay efforts to network with people in the upper class, because I am powerful enough for them to get in touch with me. Last night, I came to Grainau, a city at the foot of Zugspitze, the highest mountain in Germany. Here, it remains bright until 10:00 in the late night in summer. Yesterday afternoon, I also went to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, a town nearby. The river there is clear and flows tranquilly, as if I was back to the Wujiang River in Guizhou Province where I lived in my childhood and had a tough but happy time of my life. This scenic fairy-tale town at the foot of Zugspitze has all kinds of traditional restaurants, ice cream shops, and chocolate shops. The frescoes on the walls are antique and beautiful. This week, we worked with the medical directors and department directors of University Hospital of Munich, Rechts der Isar Hospital of Technical University of Munich, and OCM Clinic Munich. We worked from dawn to dusk, having internal meetings, English interviews, and discussions on scientific research and the arrangement for MD programs with them. The sun shines bright in Munich everyday, but the temperature stays at 23℃. It's a cool summer bringing me a lot of comforts. As I got up this early morning, the mist wreathed the mountain, and the birds sang happily. Next week, we will keep working at three hospitals in Munich with a heavy work load. But we will enjoy and be thankful for our work. There is a saying in Tao Teh King, “Reversion is the action of Tao. Gentleness is the function of Tao.” It can explain nearly all the questions in our lives. It means that everything follows the law of the unity of opposites during its development. Once it climbs to its peak, it will turn into the opposite of itself. Therefore, start at a weak position to be powerful; part with one thing first to gain another. Small steps lead to great deeds; patience leads to rapid success. Slow is fast, less is more, and too much leads to confusion. Gentleness is the common state of Tao, so you should always keep yourself gentle and modest, do the small things right, and contribute to the world. If you follow the method and law of Tao, you will be able to think independently and solve all the difficulties.
