2024年盛夏，德國(guó)慕尼黑骨外科醫(yī)院合伙人、德國(guó)明斯特大學(xué)教授Herbort教授應(yīng)邀到河南省直第三人民醫(yī)院進(jìn)行為期一周的客座教授交流。這是一次保膝治療學(xué)習(xí)碩果累累的交流，Herbort教授在一周之中與醫(yī)院骨科沙宇主任以及團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行了專家會(huì)診、門診、科室管理、科研項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展、大師公開(kāi)課、手術(shù)指導(dǎo)與手術(shù)直播等活動(dòng)。門診中，Herbort教授吸引了來(lái)自全中國(guó)的患者前來(lái)河南省直三院尋醫(yī)問(wèn)診，其中包括有退役排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員、馬拉松運(yùn)動(dòng)員、籃球、足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員等受過(guò)運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的患者，都接受了Herbort教授專業(yè)細(xì)致的查體和診療。Herbort教授每年ACL重建手術(shù)超過(guò)400臺(tái)，基于其豐富的ACL重建診療經(jīng)驗(yàn)，他在手術(shù)指導(dǎo)期間特別指出ACL韌帶重建需要伴MCL處理，才能讓膝關(guān)節(jié)更穩(wěn)定，避免ACL因?yàn)檫\(yùn)動(dòng)傷再次撕脫。2024年8月2日周五中午，在中德關(guān)節(jié)外科交流與大師公開(kāi)課暨第三十四屆截骨與軟骨修復(fù)再生技術(shù)保膝學(xué)習(xí)班中，這位來(lái)自德國(guó)的天才級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)骨科專家在河南省直三院與沙宇主任團(tuán)隊(duì)一起進(jìn)行了HTO截骨手術(shù)，并全球直播。這是一次精準(zhǔn)高效的手術(shù)直播，Herbort教授在術(shù)中詳細(xì)分解了手術(shù)步驟，并且重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)保護(hù)脛骨處的特定神經(jīng)，以此避免術(shù)后患者產(chǎn)生后續(xù)疼痛問(wèn)題。Herbort教授手術(shù)技藝精準(zhǔn)高超，與沙宇主任團(tuán)隊(duì)術(shù)中合作無(wú)間.本次手術(shù)直播吸引了14.5萬(wàn)在線觀看人次，是一次非常成功的線上手術(shù)指導(dǎo)活動(dòng)。本次Herbort教授中國(guó)行學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)的成功舉辦，標(biāo)志著中德專家在保膝外科領(lǐng)域的合作邁上了新臺(tái)階，也為河南省直第三人民醫(yī)院骨科的發(fā)展注入了新的動(dòng)力。這次活動(dòng)不僅提升了該院骨科的技術(shù)與診療水平，也為更多的患者帶來(lái)了福音。

In the summer of 2024, Prof. Mirco Herbort, Partner of OCM Clinic, Munich, Germany and Orthopedic professor of Muenster University, was invited to participate in a one-week visiting professor exchange at Henan No. 3 Provincial People's Hospital.It was a fruitful exchange focusing on knee preservation and treatment. During this week, Prof. Herbort engaged in a range of academic exchange activities with Director Sha Yu and his team at the hospital, including expert consultations, outpatient clinics, discussion on department management and research project, open classes, surgical guidance and live surgeries.In the outpatient clinic at Henan No. 3 Provincial People's Hospital, Prof. Herbort checked patients from across China, providing physical examinations, diagnosis and treatment for them. Patients like retired volleyball players, marathon runners, basketball and football athletes with sports injuries all came and visited the hospital because of him.Prof. Herbort performs over 400 ACL reconstruction annually. Based on his extensive experience in ACL reconstruction, during the surgical guidance, he particularly emphasized that ACL reconstruction should be accompanied by MCL treatment to stabilize the knee joint more effectively, reducing the risk of ACL rerupture due to sports injuries.At noon of Friday, August 2, 2024, during the Sino-German Joint Surgery & Master Open Class Day & 34th Knee Preservation Workshop on Osteotomy and Cartilage Repair Regeneration Techniques, Prof. Herbort, this distinguished sports orthopedic expert from Germany, collaborating with Director Sha Yu's team at Henan No. 3 Provincial People's Hospital, performed a globally live HTO surgery. This precise and efficient live surgery featured Prof. Herbort's detailed breakdown of the surgical procedure, with an emphasis on protecting specific nerve in the tibial side to prevent postoperative pain issues for patients. Prof. Herbort demonstrated such an exceptional surgery in collaboration with Director Sha Yu's team. The live surgery attracted 145,000 online viewing, making it a highly successful online surgical guidance event.The great success of Prof. Herbort's visiting professor activity to China marks a new milestone in the collaboration between Chinese and German experts in the field of knee preservation surgery. It also injects new vitality into the development of the Orthopedics Department of Henan No. 3 Provincial People's Hospital. This event has not only enhanced the technical and diagnostic capabilities of the hospital's orthopedic department but also brought hope to more patients.
