2月19日下午15:15，仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療四人團(tuán)隊(duì)抵達(dá)柏林夏洛特大學(xué)綜合醫(yī)院維爾肖院區(qū)，拜訪了肝病與胃腸病科主任Tacke教授。我們與Tacke教授進(jìn)行了45分鐘的閉門(mén)會(huì)議，主要討論了他與鹽城市第三人民醫(yī)院消化內(nèi)科即將展開(kāi)的深度合作。根據(jù)安排，3月16日，鹽城市第三人民醫(yī)院消化內(nèi)科副主任葛海玨將加入Tacke教授團(tuán)隊(duì)，開(kāi)始為期六個(gè)月的訪問(wèn)交流。8月上旬，Tacke教授將訪問(wèn)鹽城市第三人民醫(yī)院，開(kāi)展為期一周的國(guó)際客座教授活動(dòng)。教授表示，鹽城市第三人民醫(yī)院消化內(nèi)科與內(nèi)鏡中心的臨床重點(diǎn)和研究方向與他的工作非常契合，雙方的合作前景讓他充滿期待。會(huì)談結(jié)束后，Tacke教授親自帶領(lǐng)我們參觀了肝病與胃腸病科病區(qū)及內(nèi)鏡中心。在參觀過(guò)程中，教授詳細(xì)介紹了該中心采用的前沿設(shè)備與技術(shù)，展示了他們?cè)谔峁└邩?biāo)準(zhǔn)患者服務(wù)方面的持續(xù)努力。教授特別提到，該中心每年完成約6000例上消化道內(nèi)鏡檢查、2000例ERCP操作及5000例腸鏡檢查，年總內(nèi)鏡操作量接近20000臺(tái)次。這一數(shù)據(jù)不僅反映了該中心在內(nèi)鏡診療領(lǐng)域的卓越能力，更體現(xiàn)了其在臨床診斷和治療方面的領(lǐng)先地位。參觀過(guò)程中，Tacke教授逐一向各病區(qū)負(fù)責(zé)人介紹我們團(tuán)隊(duì)成員，進(jìn)一步加深了雙方的互信與理解。值得一提的是，Tacke教授親自將我們帶到內(nèi)鏡中心負(fù)責(zé)人Kouladouros教授的辦公室，并詳細(xì)介紹了葛海玨副主任的六個(gè)月訪問(wèn)計(jì)劃。我們深刻感受到教授對(duì)與鹽城市第三人民醫(yī)院長(zhǎng)期合作的高度熱情與堅(jiān)定承諾。我們期待，在Tacke教授的引領(lǐng)下，雙方的合作將邁向更加深入和廣泛的階段。

At 3:15 p.m. of February 19th, the team of four from Gloryren arrived at the Campus Virchow-Klinikum of Charité–University Medicine Berlin to visit Prof. Tacke, Director of the Department of Hepatology and Gastroenterology. We had a 45-mintue internal meeting with Prof. Tacke, mainly discussing the upcoming in-depth cooperation with the Department of Gastroenterology of the Yancheng Third People's Hospital. As planned, GE Haijue, Deputy Director of the Department of Gastroenterology of the hospital will join Prof. Tacke's team on March 16th to start his 6-month fellowship. In early August, Prof. Tacke will visit Yancheng Third People's Hospital, conducting a one-week international visiting professorship. Prof. Tacke said that the clinical focuses and research directions of the Department of Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Center of the hospital fit well with his, and thinks highly of the promising collaboration between both teams. After the meeting, Prof. Tacke personally showed us around the wards of the Department of Hepatology and Gastroenterology and the Interdisciplinary Endoscopy Center. During the visit, Prof. Tacke thoroughly introduced the state-of-the-art equipment and techniques of the Interdisciplinary Endoscopy Center, demonstrating their consistent efforts in providing high-standard patient care. As specially mentioned by Prof. Tacke, the Center performs around 6,000 upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, 2,000 ERCP, and 5,000 colonoscopies every year, and its annual endoscopic operation volume reaches nearly 20,000. The numbers not only reflect the superb expertise of the Center in endoscopic diagnosis and treatment, but also indicate its leading position in clinical diagnosis and treatment. While showing us around the wards, Prof. Tacke also introduced our team to the managing staff of every ward, further enhancing mutual trust and understanding. It is worth mentioning that Prof. Tacke brought us to the office of Dr. Kouladouros, a Senior Physician of the Interdisciplinary Endoscopy Center in person and explained in detail the 6-month visit plan of Deputy Director GE Haijue. We deeply felt Prof. Tacke's sincere passion and firm commitment to the long-term cooperation with Yancheng Third People's Hospital. We look forward to witnessing an even deeper and broader cooperation of the both sides led by Prof. Tacke.
