In the beginning, President Zhao Xiaodong gave a welcoming speech. He expressed, in order to further enhance the comprehensive ability, strengthen the management team construction, and deepen the management exchanges with colleagues and experts at home and abroad of each member department, that we are really honored to invite Prof. Michael Mayer, the founding president from Sch?n Klinik Group that is one of the Largest Hospital Group in Germany even the whole world, to share with us on hospital management.

Next, Dr. Miao Guiqiang, Deputy Director of Joint Surgery at Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital, gave a review presentation of the Orthopaedics Specialty Alliance.

During Prof. Mayer’s highlight lecture, a hospital can prove its excellence to the public and the government by providing medical services with international benchmark and high international quality standards.
在討論環(huán)節(jié)中,各參會人員集體提問,與Mayer教授共同探討如何降低學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人流轉(zhuǎn)率、脊柱外科未來十年的發(fā)展趨勢以及未來提高醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量的突破口,Mayer教授在討論環(huán)指出病人滿意度的考察重點不僅是診療或手術(shù)質(zhì)量本身,醫(yī)護人員對病人的同理心及友好度也至關(guān)重要。
In the discussion session, all participants asked questions and discussed with Prof. Mayer on how to reduce the turnover rate of Key Opinion Leaders and development trends in spinal surgery in the next decades. Prof. Mayer also pointed out that the focus of patient satisfaction is not only on the quality of the treatment or surgery itself, but also on the empathy and friendliness of medical staff towards patients.
