《隱入塵煙》是2022年這個盛夏最觸動人心的電影，是唯一一部入選柏林電影節(jié)的華語影片。當(dāng)年拍這部電影時，導(dǎo)演李睿珺口袋里只剩2000元，沒有融資，沒有廣告。劇組只有一個專業(yè)演員海清帶著甘肅的一群樸實無華的農(nóng)民在甘肅的一個小山村用一年的時間演繹了這部偉大的電影。在這部電影里，才子看見了愛情，農(nóng)民看見了苦難，而我看清了醫(yī)療的本質(zhì)。桂英的病其實也不是多難治的病，但對兩個身處西北農(nóng)村無比困頓絕望的家庭來說就是難于上青天。有鐵還憧憬著帶桂英去大醫(yī)院找好大夫瞧瞧。試想中國至今還有10億老百姓沒有坐過飛機。這部電影讓我們看見了中國農(nóng)民的純樸，他們即使身處無涯的黑暗，也心懷希望。我們也看清了富人的為富不仁，好處占盡，壞事做絕，沒有社會責(zé)任感。評價一個國家的富裕不是看人民是否住大平層、用奢侈品、年入百萬。中國真正的富裕是任何一個人都有看病的自由，醫(yī)生有醫(yī)者仁心的心懷。這才是文明社會該有的樣子。中國醫(yī)療的底層邏輯其實是要重點發(fā)展基層醫(yī)療，全民醫(yī)保。中國即使打造100家巨無霸式的協(xié)和醫(yī)院也不能從根本上解決14億人民看病難的問題。如果每一個城市、每一個縣城、每一個鄉(xiāng)村、每一家醫(yī)院都能把各自醫(yī)院的學(xué)科建設(shè)起來，人才培養(yǎng)起來。讓方圓百里的老百姓都能放心就近地看好病。這才是中國醫(yī)療的偉大創(chuàng)舉。

To evaluate a country's prosperity is not to see whether its people live in a spacious flat, use luxury goods or earn millions a year, it is to see if everyone has the freedom to get proper treatment timely and every doctor have a caring heart. This is what a civilized society should be like. The underlying logic of healthcare in China is to develop the primary care and universal health coverage. Even if China develops 100 top-class hospitals like Peking Union Medical College Hospital. The problem of 1.4 billion people's difficulty in receiving proper treatment cannot be solved. If every single hospital in every village, every town and every city can develop the specialties and cultivate their own talents, which will enable the patients in the neighborhood can receive high-quality treatment timely, this will be a great pioneering work of the healthcare in China.
