9月14日，清晨5:30，去白云機(jī)場(chǎng)飛赴上海，天邊魚肚白。2020年人生無常，我們不但在不同的城市，還在不同的國家。隔了六小時(shí)時(shí)差，近萬公里，12小時(shí)的飛行……我們與參加中歐會(huì)的教授已有48個(gè)月沒有見面了，近1460多天，這是我們?nèi)松钠D難時(shí)刻，過去的四年我常常在想我們一定可以相見，我不知何時(shí)？我不知何地？一定是個(gè)晴天！我多想見你們不重要，你們多想見我才重要。只有你們想見我，我們的重逢才有意義。下午順利在浦東國際機(jī)場(chǎng)接到了德國慕尼黑大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院Stief院長。晚上我們?nèi)ネ鉃┤?hào)黃浦會(huì)晚餐，他很高興。他認(rèn)為上海的房價(jià)實(shí)在是太荒謬了，未來這會(huì)造成很多社會(huì)問題，富人只希望房價(jià)拼命上漲，這樣他們的資產(chǎn)可以保值或大賺，這種想法是幼稚無知的表現(xiàn)，這絕對(duì)是非常危險(xiǎn)的行為。如果慕尼黑的房價(jià)太貴，那他醫(yī)院的護(hù)士和保安司機(jī)永遠(yuǎn)都買不了房，那他們?cè)趺崔k？醫(yī)院光有醫(yī)生是不夠的，醫(yī)院也需要護(hù)士和其它基層工作人員。一個(gè)社會(huì)是需要更多普通人，才能保障社會(huì)的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)晚我們也談到了醫(yī)院貪腐的問題，意大利、法國、西班牙的醫(yī)院的貪腐是很嚴(yán)重的，但在他管理的慕尼黑大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院是絕對(duì)沒有貪腐行為。五六十年代的德國也曾是貪腐的黑暗時(shí)期，醫(yī)院從歷史中吸取了教訓(xùn)，在德國大家都知道貪腐是要坐牢的。所以現(xiàn)在整個(gè)德國醫(yī)院已經(jīng)沒有了貪腐的行為。晚餐上菜時(shí)，他總是讓我們先吃，他才會(huì)吃。進(jìn)酒店他都讓我們走前面，進(jìn)餐廳還為我們拉椅子。他來中國3天沒有接一個(gè)電話，專心致志做好這場(chǎng)2023SEOS全球發(fā)布會(huì)歡迎晚宴和第三屆中歐醫(yī)院管理學(xué)科建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)全球論壇，整場(chǎng)晚宴他根本沒有時(shí)間吃飯，他告訴我他來晚宴不是吃飯的，是為了中國的醫(yī)院和醫(yī)生。3小時(shí)的論壇他更是全場(chǎng)在會(huì)場(chǎng)認(rèn)真聽課，記筆記，與同行分享。這場(chǎng)論壇就是他在中國的高光時(shí)刻。在德國的日夜，他每天14小時(shí)臨床工作，每天2小時(shí)管理全歐洲第二大的大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院，每天從早晨6點(diǎn)工作到晚上8點(diǎn)。當(dāng)年是德國國家科學(xué)院請(qǐng)他做的院士，一個(gè)只會(huì)為別人考慮，為基層員工考慮的他才是這個(gè)世界上真正的紳士。良辰美景奈何天，青山白水，后會(huì)有期。2024年10月中國蘇州。

At 5:30 am on September 14, when the sky was turning bright. I headed to the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport for a flight to Shanghai.In 2020, life was unpredictable. Not only are we in different cities, but also in different countries. We were separated by a six-hour time difference, nearly 10,000 kilometers, and a 12-hour flight...It has been 48 months since we last met the visiting professors participating in the Sino-Euro even. The last 1460 days have been the difficult times of our lives. Over the past four years, I have been always thinking that. We will definitely see each other again. I don't know when or where, but it must be a sunny day. It doesn't matter how much I want to see all of you, what matters most is how much you want to see me. Our reunion only makes sense only if you want to see me. On the afternoon of September 14, we picked up Prof. Stief, the Deputy Medical Director of the University Hospital of Munich, at the Shanghai Pudong International Airport. We enjoyed dinner at the Canton Table located at Bund 3 and Prof. Stief was very happy about that. He believes that house prices in Shanghai are absurd, which may cause many social problems in the future. The rich only hope for skyrocketing house prices so that they can maintain the value of their assets or make a big profit. This idea is a manifestation of childish ignorance, and it is absolutely very dangerous. If the house prices in Munich are too expensive, how can the nurses, security guards, and drivers at LMU afford the housing? What can they do? It is not enough for hospitals to have doctors alone. Nurses and other front-line employees are indispensable. This also reflects on the society - the functioning of a society relies on the ordinary people. We also talked about the corruption in healthcare system. Corruption is commonly seen in the healthcare system in Italy, France and Spain. But this is unseen and impossible at the University Hospital of Munich managed by Prof. Stief. The healthcare system in Germany was corrupted in the 1950s and 1960s. The system learned a lesson from the history and everyone in the system is aware that corruption leads to imprisonment. Therefore, there is no corruption in the healthcare system in Germany at all. Whenever dish is served, he always lets us eat first before he does. He always walks behind us. He pulls out the chairs for us at the restaurants. He did not answer a single phone call during the 3 days in China, but devoted himself to the Welcome Banquet of SEOS 2023 Global Press Conference and the Third Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction and Talent Cultivation. He didn't have time to eat at all throughout the whole banquet. He told me that he did not come to the banquet for a dinner, but for the hospitals and doctors in China. During the 3-hour forum, he was fully engaged, attentively listening to the speakers, taking notes, and sharing his insights with the attendees. This forum was his highlight moment in China. During his days and nights in Germany, he works 14 hours a day in clinical practice and spends 2 hours managing the second largest university hospital in Europe, from 6 am to 8 pm. He did not apply for a fellowship at the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina but he was invited. He who always thinks of others and the front-line employees before himself is a real gentleman in this world. Why does Heaven give us brilliant day and dazzling sight, yet not enough time to spend together? The green mountains remain unchanged, the clear waters continue to flow, and we meet again in Suzhou, China in October 2024.
